Iphone X safari redirect problem!

Today, one of my friends got some kind of virus or malware and he directed me a link through instagram. I didn't know so I copied the link to safari and since then, safari automatically redirects me to scam site (congratulation ...).

I figure out that it only redirects on the sites that use javascript and have ads. As soon as the ads pop up, safari will redirect me right after that. I tried many ways but only turning off javascript in safari works.

I just want to ask if there are any ways to get rid of this problem without turning off javascript.

Thank you,
