How do I open an mbox file in Outlook?

Hi,

I am a old Thunderbird user, so all my mails are saved in .MBOX file format and individual mails are saved in .eml format. Due to the change of my professional geographical location i have to shift all my old stored Thunderbird mails to new Outlook version that means i have to convert all my mails in PST format but how can i do this? Is there any third-party solution available or any manual process available?

Note - i am having 354 GB data stored in my old mail location
