Siri is suddenly unable to set timers and alarms

I have an iPad MD510LL/A running ios 10.3.3 (14G60).

Siri was always able to respond to my voice requests to set timers and alarms. A week or so ago she suddenly was unable to do so, responding "Sorry, there's something wrong" or similar.

What is the cause and resolution for this issue?

Hi there smark220,

This might help, first try turning off Siri. To do that go to settings>Siri & Search. There you’ll see three buttons:

    • Listen for “Hey Siri”
    • Press Home for Siri
    • Allow Siri When Locked

Try turning all of those off.

This also could be a clock issue, usually to fix that all you need to do is restart your phone. After you restart your phone, toggle Siri back on and hopefully that should fix the problem.
