Siri not working since update to 16.0.2

Hello all. Siri has stopped working since the last update on my iPhone 12pro. The prompt will come up after I say Hey Siri but it will either immediately disappear or it will hear my question say, "still working on it" and finally "Something went wrong".

I have done a hard reset, turned Siri on and off, and double-checked my permissions. Does anyone have a fix for this? Thanks!
