after updating to 16.2 Hey Siri is not following thru on voice commands and ending in message that says "Sorry, something went wrong."
Rebooting Siri function on iPhone did not fix the problem. so need another fix

The restart did the trick, thank you, should have thought of that as the universal fix!
I did all of this. Siri responds by typing (not saying) "I'm not sure I understand"
