Cannot Connect to app store

I have iphone 6s plus..when openapp store to update or download new app found it show alert message to me cannot connect to app store and itunes

why iphone do this ? And how can i repair this problem?

Check your internet connection (try to open a web page using Safari).

If you can't do it, your modem-router can't navigate in Internet. Restart it.
