Data transfer from old to new iPhone
If I bring my old 6S to the Apple store to purchase a new Xr will I need to make an appointment so I can have my data transferred from old to new? I will have the data backed up to the cloud.

Take the time to back up to the Cloud and also do a full back up to your computer as well.
