Hello I am using an old Iphone 6 and my mom will be getting me a new iphone later, what is the best and easiest way to transfer all my data to my next iphone? By the way I have a MBP 2019 maybe that can help or something. Also, I have no icloud paid subscription so please are there other ways for free

I used Quick Start to transfer my data wirelessly to my new iPhone. See Use Quick Start to transfer data to a new iPhone, iPad or iPod touch – Apple Support for steps on how to do so.
You won't need to use your MacBook at all if you do it this way, the data will just transfer wirelessly from your old phone to your new one.
