Uploading appx 25,000 photos from Imac to Icloud. OS is High Sierra 10.13.6. It took 4 days to upload the bulk of them, but now it has been stuck for 48 hours with the indicator "Uploading 8 items " with a Pause button next to it. Above that it says "6 items on this Mac." I have lots of icloud space left and wifi is working OK. How do I get it to complete? Why are there 6 items on the mac, but 8 items remaining?

Thank you for quick reply. I reviewed the article you posted. It explained that it can take a lot of time. 25,000 photos were done in 4 days, yet it's 2 days now for remaining 6-8 items. Appears that it has stopped working.
How do I get it to complete?
