Tks, your code is working. I think some the QR codes are not working.
That was a short URL, so not so many little squares. Let's try it with a much longer URL from BBC News: again, it works OK for me.

I noticed that sometimes, when QR codes are printed on newspapers or magazines, you could have some troubles reading them.

This code takes you to my (harmless) website: it works for me on Android (I can't test it on an iPhone). Does it work for you? If not, perhaps someone else with an iPhone could check it to see whether it's general or just your device.
