How do I remedy Apple Music subscription I didn’t request

I just got an email about an Apple Music subscription for 9.99. I did not purchase a subscription. My last iPhone was lost and I got a new one this week so now I’m even concerned about security. There seems to be no easy way to get someone on chat for subscriptions. There’s only report a problem for individual purchases. Any help with a remedy would be appreciated.
