iPhone problems

My iPhone completely shutdown and now won’t turn back on but when I plug it in the apple symbol come up then goes to a blue screen. But also won’t connect to iTunes..

If you can't even connect to iTunes, there isn't anything that you can do. Make an appointment and take it to an Apple Store.
