Hi PoloMacX23,

What happens when you hold down Command-R while you turn on or restart your Mac?

Does the Apple logo appear with a progress bar?
Does a spinning globe appear with a progress bar?
Does a padlock with a password field appear?
Does your Mac ignore the command and start up normally?
