Can't login to Application Loader

I was just added on an Apple Developer team as an "Admin", and I wanted to try to use `Application Loader` to push an IPA I had created. However, I am having issues logging in to it.

When I try to login with my normal AppleID Credentials:

So I next created an app-specific password. Just to confirm it worked, I tried logging in using the same credentials as before and the error message changed:

Next, I tried actually signing in with the app-specific password I created, and it doesn't work.

I am 100% certain I am using the right email and the right generated pass. Any help would be appreciated.
