Does installing Duckduckgo (from Google) remove Safari history and bookmarks?
Want to change from Google search to Duckduckgo, but want to be sure that this change won't affect my existing bookmarks and history.

Changing the search engine shouldn't affect anything. To use DuckDuckGo, go to Safari/Preferences/Search and make the change there.

You are welcome. This is what I see when I go to Safari/Preferences/Search and click on the dropdown menu.
Thanks Eric. Did the Safari-Preferences-Search routine and entered DuckDuckGo, BUT Duck still doesn’t appear an an option ANYWHERE. What have I missed?
