iPhone 6s 64GB battery issue

My iPhone 6s 64GB was replaced last year because of a fault on my old phone.

However, within a year the battery capacity has dropped to 88% and the charge doesn't hold long.

I can see an easy drop in the battery percentage. Is it recommended to replace the battery or is there a possible fault with the replacement phone?
