It's a bad idea to post IMEI and serial numbers - it's a security risk - and I've asked the Hosts to remove them and the images. No-one on here can help you - this is a user -to-user forum and you're not talking to Apple here.

First step is to go to https://iforgot.apple.com to attempt to retrieve the ID and reset the password. Failing that, take the device, the original receipt, and some ID to an actual Apple Store and ask if they can unlock it. (This will only work for the original owner.)
