Internet Accounts for icloud doubled

Internet Accounts for icloud is doubled and if i deleted one of them and click on the undeleted one

it requests for password then it loads another again ..

I deleted both and tried to install new one i got two ..

Is this normal ?

Too much iCloud I’m trying to remove accounts as I only need one. My original Apple ID was a Comcast email address, but I’ve also used a Gmail address to sign in.
