Icloud Calendar copy paste events

My question isn't why icloud calendar doesn't copy paste events, but why ical allows this and icloud calendar doesn't? Yes I know you can repeat events, but that isn't as graceful as a good ole copy paste. And not as fast either.

I'm not repeating the same events 365 days a year. Each week is different and times within the week different. So pasting to the next day and adjusting the time by dragging the event to it is so much faster than constantly reinventing the wheel But that isn't just icloud calendars problem...it's EVERY **** online calendars problem.

There is no method to copy and paste events for calendars in www.icloud.com , you can drag and drop events in iCloud.com and if events are created in calendar application , right click on an event , take cursor on another date and paste it .

Apple engineers have designed in such a way , we all here are everyday Mac users and no ideas you can give feedback to the link https://www.apple.com/feedback/icloud.html
