I have had a purchase made form my apple account which is not mine?

If it shows on your iTunes account's purchase history (i.e. it's not a phishing email that you've received), and if you claim that you didn't do it, contact iTunes Support (I assume you've already changed the account's password) : http://reportaproblem.apple.com or http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
