Storage Space

I have very little storage on my ipad and when I sign into my itunes account it shows 2 videos that are taking up over 2GB of space. I have checked everything on my ipad, I did look in the TV app, and I can't find these 2 videos anywhere!!! I have downloaded movies before from itunes but they are not showing up in my library. This has happened before and I took my ipad to the Geeks and I believe they said something about when my ipad updates it is not getting rid of all the old ios updates. But this doesn't explain the 2 videos I can't find. HELP

Videos can, also, reside in the iOS Photos app.

In the iOS TV app, did you check the Home Movies/Videos category/library?

Also, do you have any other third party video/movie apps that might store downloaded video within the app?

FYI,

The Geek squad employees at Best Buy are not very good.

No iOS upgrade/update installers get left behind or stuck on iOS devices.

These people do not know what they are talking about.

I checked the photo app and no videos there, also checked the TV app and nothing there. This is so weird.

Oh and I was wrong when I said the Geeks, it was actually at an apple store that they fixed it for me, I thought they were Geeks too lol!

Have you tried a hard reset of your iPad by holding down both the Home and sleep/wake buttons simultaneously until your iPad goes to black and restarts with Apple logo, then release the buttons?

Yup tried that two or three times. I guess the next step is to restore the ipad, but was hoping to avoid that.
