Apple Qadministrator and Apple Qmaster not working after Mojave

I have a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013) and I recently installed Mojave, but the two apps Qadministrator and Qmaster have been disabled after that. This is the message I get:

You can’t use this version of the application “Apple Qmaster.app” with this version of macOS.

Therefore, I am not able to run Premiere or any similar apps.

Can anyone help me with this please?
