cannot connect to app store on iPhone 6

So, last week, did two new things...downloaded to Mojave on my Mac and had battery replaced on iPhone 6.

Now, can't access app store & gives message "cannot Connect to App store" (retry).

Have powered down and back up; checked settings- iTunes & App Store.

What now?
