It used to be easy, just hold the edit button in the bottom right corner but now I don’t see an edit button, only an add button. How does one rearrange the cities now?
Ps. Funny, I tried to take a screenshot of my iPhone weather app but the uploader on this site wouldn’t allow it because it’s larger than 5mb. How useless is that!
Tap and hold one of the locations, then drag and drop it where you want it to be.

Does your phone have 3D Touch? Mine does not, I’m not sure if that would change anything.
Try holding down on the location a little bit longer. It should be the same type of action you would use to move apps around on your home screen.
After using the "edit button," touch and hold the touch on one of the cities and drag it to the desired position. I would say that it's very similar to moving an App icon on the home screen.
It worked! Took about 5 tries but it did. I seem to have a problem with touching gently enough on 3D Touch.
I tried that but it just goes to the full screen of that location.
How do I rearrange cities in the weather app?
