Verification Required?

So I just want to download new/update my apps in the App Store. But every time I click download/update it says: Verification Required. Tap Continue And Sign In To View Billing Information.


So I sign into my Apple ID, then it takes me to my billing information in Settings and says that my payment method, aka my debit cardwhich I use everyday, was declined and to please check my billing information. I don’t understand and I’ve tried to Google and YouTube the exact problem. It’s frustrating me to where I wanna just go get an Android. -.-

If it's a debit card that might be why it's being declined, not all seem to still be accepted by iTunes. Try a different card, preferably a credit card.


For a card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you are (and therefore the country which is on your iTunes account).
