Hello, I create new account and start use Apple Music. I was offered three free months of subscription, but after that they were not given to me and I paid $ 4.99 per month. What did I do wrong, or where is the error? Can I get my legitimate three months subscription?
When you signed up for Apple Music, you would have received a “Your Subscription Confirmation” email with the subscription details. It should list start date of the trial period, trial duration, and end date of the trial. You will not be paying subscription fees before that date.
Most of this should also be described in the subscriptions part of your account at Apple. Manage your Apple Music subscription - Apple Support (see: Next billing date)
There may be other payments, or even an authorization hold, but not fees for the subscription during the free trial period.
