Icloud Issues

So I was having issues authenticating my icloud and so I had signed out, restarted the mac, and when I tried to log back in through System Preferences, it prompts me to put my password in, and then when I click Next, it does nothing and then I am doing it over and over again. I have changed my password and everything, yet I still cant log back into my icloud!

MacBook Air (2018 or later)

See if you can sign in while booted into the Safe Mode.

If it works in the Safe Mode, try running this program when booted normally and then copy and paste the output in a reply.
