I can login in to www.icloud.com without problem but when ı try to login in mac it says "Unable to login, try again"
I can:
1 - Login appleid
2 - Login iCloud (web)
I can't:
1 - Log in iCloud in system preferences
iMac 21.5″ 4K, macOS 10.13

Im not sure reinstalling will fix as it worked before
Mac system files are corrupted , you might get different solutions once errors occur in system preferences the easy way is reinstall Mac OS , there could be many reasons that you can't sign in might be using softwares / vpn services / anti virus .
