Iphone not showing on My Computer or transferring pictures

I have several iphones and a couple of them I have issues with them not showing the "importing" option when I hook them up to my computer. They all can be seen in itunes. But they do not also show up under "My Computer". Again this is only a couple of my iphones that do this (6, 7 & 8 iphone).

I have reset the network and also the location/privacy on the iphones. Still no go, all that does it allow the computer to ask if the device can be trusted.

This is driving me batshit, I really need to transfer pictures off these phones and I can't.

HELP please....
