Hello! I am trying to access all the movies my mom has downloaded on her account to my computer. We are on a family plan and I can view her purchases on my phone but I cannot on my computer, there is a movie we are really trying to see and I cannot access it.

The account that you are logged into on the computer is part of the Family Share, and she has sharing enabled on her account ? They should show under her id in the Purchased section : Share App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Books purchases with Family Sharing - Apple Support
