please advice if you have a solution for a visa payment type
my credit card card expired ans I got it replaced with a new card. However since I am using the new card the Apple payment method does not accept my security code

It sounds like you failed to update your credit card information associated with your Apple ID.
You need to do that. If you can’t update, then delete the old card and re-add the new one.
