constant pop up asking for icloud password

hi there - I'm not sure what to do. for months I keep getting a message - every 20 seconds or so, asking me to enter my appleID for icloud. I have changed my appleID and password multiple times trying to resolve and fix this. I can use the appleID on all my devices. but nothing will stop this pop up. Its extremely aggrevating. Can someone help me? It doesn't look like there have been replies to the same problem by other people I was trying to use.
