I'm looking to get a bit larger keyboard than the one that came with my new iMac and would love to have one with an integrated trackpad. Anyone have any experience or recommendations? Has anyone tried the Microsoft all in one keyboard with OS 10.14?
If you mean the Microsoft All-in-One Media keyboard it's listed as having limited functionality up to OS X 10.10 and no mention of anything later. So It seems if it works at all with Mojave it wouldn't work well.
The likely hood of one of those keyboards working with any Mac
are slim to none as the Apple trackpad tech is much different than
those of Windows machines. Cursor movement "may" work but
certainly none of the gestures will.
yes, thanks for these opinions. It's kind of what I thought, but I was hoping someone would write in and tell me of their actual experience with it and Mac and maybe even OS 10.14. Or point me in the direction of another keyboard/trackpad combination. After using a MacBook pro for more than 20 years, I miss the nearness of a trackpad!
