Apple CarPlay volume extremely loud

Hi, I just got my Merc GLA180 with Apple CarPlay. Everything worked fine except the incoming ringing volume of WhatsApp is extremely loud. Even if the turn the radio volume lower, the volume from Apple CarPlay is still extremely loud. May I know any solution to adjust the volume?
