You are right! I did because I found that APP on a youtube video recommending as a secure cleaner.
However I have solved the problem in this way :
In finder, I went to Library/Containers/com.apple.mail
Then, I created a new folder and moved 2 files int the new folder ( Container.plist and Data) without renaming it.
Close all and restart.
It works!
Thanks everybody, Happy Xmas!

One should never use any cleaners.
Any program that claims to "clean", "optimize" or "speed up" your mac, or similar claims, should never be allowed near your mac. If they are not downright scams, they tend to "clean" all too well, by removing files from your mac that should be left alone, resulting in corrupted and instable systems.
Try downloading and running Mojave 10.14.2 COMBO Update.
If that is not enough to fix things, please download and run Etrecheck, and post its report here.
Did you use any "cleaners" on this mac?
Yes, I use Disk Doctor....
The version running on this Mac is 10.14.2 (18C54)
I try with Etrecheck.....
