Can't access my software subscriptions

For over 10 years I used a Mac and iPhone, but I've since moved on to Chrome OS and Android phone. I just received an email from Apple regarding an old software subscription that would be renewing and because I don't have a device on which I can install Apple Music, apparently I can't access my subscriptions to cancel this. How can I do this from either a Chrome browser or my Android phone? (NOTE: I've already tried Apple Music about a year ago and didn't care for it, so I don't think I can install the trial again on my Android phone}.
