wrong billing

i hAVE beeN billed by I tunes for month of sept 2018 through my credit card for no purchases made by me.

If nothing shows on the purchase histories of all iTunes accounts linked to the card, and if it wasn't : About payment card authorization holds from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support, contact the card issuer
