ITunes Billing

I have been billed on my credit card for ITUNES.COM/BILL 08001076285 IE which i know nothing about and did not authorize it why is this. Also checked my accounts as i have 3 in the family i pay for and all accounts are taken from my current account not my credit card?

If you don't have the card linked to any iTunes account, and if you haven't tried to add it (About payment card authorization holds from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support), contact the card issuer
