Need to change Units on Apple Watch 4

my watch is reading units in Kilometres & Kilograms but my Health app is reading in Ft/inches and Lbs.


How do I get my watch to synch with the health app??? It’s driving me silly now !

Tap the orange weight and height areas and the bottom of the screen that opens the units of measurements should be listed. Tap to change.
