Units of Measurement in Health Details on Watch don't match iPhone

I have a new Watch series 7. No matter what I do, the "Health details" on my watch list height in cm and weight in kg. On my phone these are set to feet/inches and lbs. The region on both the watch and the phone are the same. The Health app on my iphone is set to use lbs and feet/inches.

If I go to "view my health data" in the watch app, everything is listed correctly in lbs and feet/inches, but the "health details" summary remains in metric no matter what I do. Is there a way to fix this?

In the settings app on the watch

Tap on workout, scroll down to the very bottom and tap on units of measure and change your units here.

Depending on if you want metric or imperial then change your phone to a region that supports the unit of measurement that you want.
