How do I change the Units of measure on the Medical ID screen in the Health app for my apple watch 6 from imperial to metric?

Hello!

Thank you for the reply, but I already changed the units of measurement in those places and they have not changed in the Medical ID section.

What else can I do?

Change your phone's region to a country that uses the metric system;

EG. USA=imperial

UK=metric.
