How to change your Dictation language

Did you know that you can dictate your text in multiple languages? Here's how.

1. Click the Apple menu button () in the upper left corner of your screen. 
2. Select System Preferences.
3. Open the Keyboard preference pane.
4. Select the Dictation tab.
5. Under Language, press Add Language. 
6. Select any languages you wish to add.
7. Press OK. Those languages will then be downloaded.

To use those languages, you can switch to the default dictation option at any time by going to System Preferences > Keyboard > Dictation Language and selecting your current language from the dropdown menu.

I once had a GUI AppleScript that would change the Dictation language from English to another language, and back. It is now broken (no surprise) because Apple redesigned the System Preferences user interface and underlying elements.

I think it would require an Apple Script or Automator function.
