My menu bar on itunes isnt showing up, please HELP!

Ive done some research & have done some things. Im on a MacBook Pro, its NEW, I just got it for Christmas. My menu bar isn't coming up on my iTunes. I do not have that little box on the top left corner to add the menu bar in, I tried doing this full screen, right click on the app, no luck at all. please help!
