iTunes 'Account' Tab missing on top menu

I am trying to perform step 2 in this guide ( https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT201065 ) on may MacBook but my iTunes application doesn't have an 'Account' tab, I can only see File, Edit, Song, View, Controls, Window and Help)? Is there a setting that enables the 'Account' tab?

MacBook Air (2018 or later)
