My apple watch wont connect to my phone because my apple id and my icloud email are different and i dont remeber my icloud password how do i get it changed or how can i use my apple id

i changed my apple ID but my iphone and apple watch are still showing old ID and won't accept my password I had to change my apple ID due to my work email now longer being acceptable to use as my ID. I updated my apple ID to a new email address using my computer however my IPhone and apple watch are still showing my old email address as my ID and now won't accept my password (i get an error message saying unknown error occurred" How do I get my phone and watch to update to new ID?

icloud account my apple watch i used before i cannot link to my iphone cause i dont have access to the icloud email. Actually the apple id on watch is locked for security reasons a message like that is popping up.. but i do remember the login password too. when i go to having trouble signing in page to unlock it the mail is also going to the same icloud account

If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support

For the same Apple ID the Apple ID password is the same as the iCloud password for that email address.
