Redeeming ROBLOX gift cards

I have entered 2 x Roblox gift card PIN numbers into the ROBLOX account on our iPad yet we have been charged on our iTunes account too! How do we redeem the money on the ROBLOX account?

Redeem what money onto your Roblox account ? You said you've already redeemed the cards.

As for the iTunes charges, what are they for ? If you've subscribed to something or bought something in roblox via your iTunes account you will be charged via your iTunes account.

Thank you for replying. I’ve put the PIN numbers in from the gift cards, the increased balance didn’t show on the account anywhere......proceeded to buy Robux by clicking the ‘redeem from gift card’ option but then got an invoice from Apple for the purchases.

You redeemed the cards where ? And how did you 'buy Roblox' ? If they were roblox gift cards which you redeemed onto a roblox account but you are using iTunes to purchase in the app, your iTunes account will be charged.
