I bought a 25 dollar iTunes gift card and it keeps canceling my purchase on robux is a in game currency it said to contact y’all. And I had bought stuff in roblox with a iTunes apple gift card .
It doesn't say to contact all of us, it presumably is telling you to contact iTunes Support. To do as instructed (these are user forums as you know) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account)
