iPad problem accessory not supported

Thanks for being a part of Apple Support Communities. I understand you're seeing an alert on your screen about an unsupported accessory. I'm here to help. Just to be sure, do you see this alert when using certain cables with your iPad? Are you using the lightning to USB cable that came with your device? Also, take a look at this resource here to help with this. If you see an ‘Accessory may not be supported’ alert

Thank you Sarah_1 for your reply , I only use the lightning connector to charge the iPad & that the only connection I use . However it did come on screen when I was in photos the other day but I did not have the time to spend trying to find out why .

I have turned off Bluetooth to see if that makes a difference , but there’s know telling when that message will come up , doesn’t seem to be a pattern. I will contact Apple support again as it tells you ,but they told me to try community first.
