Pending Purchase

So I bought gems for a game and I was using a target Mastercard which I thought I had enough money but I didn’t. Though I still got the items and now it’s pending and I already added a credit card but nothing is happening. I can’t touch the pending purchase either. I just want to pay the 12$ and continue with my life. Please help.

When did you add the credit card ? It can take a few days for charges to go through. If it's been longer than that : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
