iOS 12 Import Issue with Sony A6000 (Red Exclamation)

Hi all,

Since the most recent update to iOS12 I can no longer import video to my iPad Pro (2018 11").

I've tried with a USB-C to Card Reader (Apple's) and I can only import photos since videos do not populate (have read this is a known issue with updating to iOS12). However I used to be able to import my videos via USB-C to MicroUSB and/or USB-C to Adapter to Micro USB - now whenever I attempt the transfer I get a red exclamation mark on both videos and photos (I believe JPEG transfers fine but RAW doesn't).

My Sony A6000 is set to 'MTP' already with the LUN setting on single (no feature for on/off USB power) - essentially the same settings that allowed me to transfer photos/videos before the most recent update.

Has anyone experienced this? Or have found a workaround?
